The purpose of this blog is to help determine if the "buck stops" at the AD and Joe Paterno or does some of the responsibility of the cover-up belongs to the Board of Trustees.
I cannot believe that such an "open" secret known by many, many people stayed within the athletic department. If the PA governor and others on the Board were both aware of the crimes and involved in the cover-up, then they should be packing as well.
