If the White House and the Department of State were not so badly disengaged from reality, and if both were willing to pull their collective heads out of the sand, both would figure out that itīs way past time to readjust Iranīs way of thinking. The mullahs and their Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps thugs (the Sepah-e Pasdaran) are overdue for what we used to term "an attitude adjustment". Now admittedly, the USA is not currently in the greatest shape in economic terms, but there is a way to administer an attitude adjustment that doesnīt cost the US one cent and will certainly cause the IRI to take us much more seriously. And that attitude adjustment could be administered within less than a month!

Prior to last year´s passage of AB12, the California Fostering Connections Success Act, foster care for most California youth came to an abrupt end at age 18. Ready or not, about 5,000 foster youths "age out" of the state´s child welfare system each year.
Aspiranet, one of the state´s largest and most innovative providers of child, teen, family and transitional foster care programs, is dedicated to both finding families that are willing to open their hearts and homes to foster teens as well as providing foster youth with a continuum of services as they exit the foster care system.

In recent weeks NIAC (National Iranian American Council) and its president Trita Parsi have embarked on an intense, concentrated, and forceful campaign in Washington, and on the cyber space, against Peopleīs Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI MEK). This campaign includes tens of Op-eds and articles, dedicated web pages, petitions, letters to legislators, seminars and webinars, and thousands of tweets in a matter of 4 weeks. To understand why NIAC, an organization that was founded based on the claim that it is "a non-profit, non-partisan, non-political and non-sectarian organization", has so hysterically rushed to take a partisan, political, sectarian, and perhaps for-profit side, letīs systematically, and very briefly, review some background information.

Dictators in Iran have forever used hate mongering against Arabs, Jews and Americans to preserve and expand their power. Arabs in Iran are portrayed as backward and vicious saveges, Jews as bloodsucking people who constantly connive against us, and Americans as cultural invaders seeking to undermine our culture. Trita Parsi, President of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), an organization which actively strives to strengthen the Islamic Republic´s relationship with Western businesses and governments, has taken a similar approach. Parsi has repeatedly used hateful and offensive speech as tools to silence opponents and undermine their credibility.
