Wyoming black bear hunting is conducted with baits using ground blinds. Baits can be monitored using trail cameras throughout the Greys River region of Wyoming, which makes it easier to stalk and bait even in mountainous terrain. This makes it possible to determine how many bears are passing by at each bait, as well as their size and color so that hunters are better able to harvest the best trophy.
