Mitch Davies

Mitch Davies was born in Canada and spent 40 years there before moving to the desert of Arizona. He is a true child of the media having grown up with a father who worked his entire career in the film industry. The influence of stories, whether real or made up, was always present. Due to this exposure, Mitch viewed most of life's occurrences as scenes for a story. The results are visible in the pages of his writing. His latest work is entitled, "A Wind In Montana," a novel about a young man and woman who must choose the right decision for each of their lives.

Writing Fiction to Help Teens
In my novel, A Wind In Montana, Rory Coleman and Victoria Beach are faced with very different challenges about their futures. In one case, adults aren´t present in the decision making process, and in the other, adults attempt to force decisions that they prefer the teen to make rather than encouraging them to follow hopes and dreams of their own.
