Draeger Safety, Inc. announced today that the U.S. Department of Labor, Mining and Safety Health Administration (MSHA) has approved the Draeger X-am 5000 and the X-am 5000 HC multi-gas monitors for use in underground and surface mines in the United States. These advanced monitors measure up to five toxic gases including methane.
