What's It Like, Living Green? Kids Teaching Kids, by the Way They Live, published in March of 2009,is a nonfiction book featuring families who live green, kids who are making a difference for the environment, and tips as simple as putting on a sweater, rather than turning up the heat.

Drugs Make You Un-Smarter is co-authored with my fifteen-year-old granddaughter, Savanna Peterson. This book tells the stories of Savanna who grew up with a father who was in prison for drug related crimes and her brother who had parties with drugs, while her mother worked.

This book includes facts about drugs, stories of those who have abused them, rehab stories and a section where kids who, like Savanna, have taken a stand against drugs and accomplished great things in their lives.
