There were no "Macedonian" deputies in Ottoman parliament of 1908. In contrary there were Turks, Greeks, Bulgarians, Jews, Albanians, ... even Vlachs. Skopje never was Macedonia. Skopje was Dardanian and Kossovian capital. Veles was Peonian capital.
