Violence of any type is wrong in our country or directed by our government at other countries. Stop the wars, stop the violence, stop the hypocrisy and START budgeting money for education, renewable energies and preventive health care that will create jobs and stimulate our economy. We all need to decide how we´re going to achieve PEACE.

As American citizens we have the opportunity to find workable solutions to push our country forward, but first we have to decide what the truth is. Our country was based on freedoms and open markets but to think how so few have taken advantage of so many with the deregulation of industries that obviously can´t be self-regulated. We need checks and balances to maintain balance and credibility because without integrity we have nothing.

You are what you eat, do you know what your're eating?
Genetically Modified (GM) corn was banned in Europe in 1999 because of its documented hazards to biodiversity and human health, but most U.S. consumers don't know that GM foods have been on U.S. grocery shelves since 1996 and most don´t know they´re eating GMO products because they´re not labeled. Animals that fed on GMO in labs and farms around the world, have exhibited symptoms related to the growing list of diseases in the U.S.

Who´s the world talking about? "He's not afraid, he's not angry, he's not arrogant, he's not mean, he isn't scary, he's real and he listens. This guy knows when to talk and when to listen." All of these comments were made about President Barack Obama after the G20 Summit and the meetings that followed. This doesn´t say that all is well, but we´re headed in a more positive direction, as our country rises out of the financial ashes.

Expressing truth and dealing honestly is the most significant compliment we can show each other daily. We need to get back to how we play the game, because winning by cheating is a waste of time. When integrity is missing our reality becomes bankrupt, just like our 401k´s.
