What the advocates for the delusion of disclosure have failed to realize is that they are dealing with a pathological egomaniac in the White House. Do you really think for one minute that Barack Obama would divert attention from himself for one minute to disclose the biggest story of all time?

The following is Part II of The New Elsewhere´s interview with Lawrence P. Well, in short, my advanced degree in engineering put me in a unique position in the late 50īs and early 60īs to be tapped for what I guess you would call a "reverse engineering" program with what I was led to believe was the Department of Defense, though they didnīt call themselves that at the time.

While I´m someone who appreciates meaninglessness if only because it is all around us I happened on to a concept that seems to be gaining speed and, subsequently, the power of irritation. This is the concept of exopolitics. Even spell-check refuses to recognize it.
