I´ve seen people take all kinds of ´goodies´ to feel energized: pills, Gin Sen, gum, strong coffee, vitamins, energy drinks, etc. The irony is they need to be constantly taking "energy boosters" over and over, mainly because they do not realize that energy and motivation are a state of mind.
