I have been researching in the field of Debt Management, Asset Care, Turn Around for the past 23 years. I strongly believe in the enduring symbiotic relationship between a Banker and the borrower. Both need to nurture each other in the larger interest of the public at large. I believe that a Banker being in a superior position vis:viz a borrower, needs to be magnanimous during the times when the borrower faces hardship.
The borower on thier part must not act dumb. They must be fully aware of the basics of banking laws. They should not shirk from getting themselves educated on the subject. After all this is one thing that no one can do without.
