KPIs represent a set of measures focusing on those aspects of organizational performance that are the most critical for the current and future success of the organization. (Parmenter 2007) Wikipedia also defines and explains it as "Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are financial and non-financial measures or metrics used to help an organization define and evaluate how successful it is, typically in terms of making progress towards its long-term organizational goals. KPIs can be specified by answering the question, "What is really important to different stakeholders?". KPIs may be monitored using Business Intelligence techniques to assess the present state of the business and to assist in prescribing a course of action. Supplication or Dua in Arabic is the greatest gift which God has bestowed on human beings. It is like a hotline, where the needy person is able to directly communicate with the Most Powerful Almighty God, who is ever willing to listen and help. I vividly remember an incident during my childhood when one of my friends climbed a tree and the branch he was standing on broke down. The branch started falling down when suddenly he cried and shouted "God please save me". Like a miracle the tree branch stuck with another branch and the boy managed to safely come down. In myriads of situations the power of Dua has saved drowning people, dying patients, and improved hopeless situations.

The Holy Quran is the holiest book and a US soldier has carried out the rudest, crudest, and most disrespectful action by firing at it at a firing range in Radwaniya, Iraq. This is not the first incident of its kind rather in the past some of the US soldiers were found to have flushed the Holy Quran in a toilet and meted out extremely inhuman treatment to detainees in Abu Ghraib Prison in Iraq and Guantanamo Base in Cuba. It is sad to note that now a days in the Western Media Islam bashing has become fashionable and oft and on we see provocative articles, cartoons, videos and other propaganda items against Islam and the Muslims. A latest slur is the fifteen minutes video by the racist anti-immigration right wing Dutch politician Geert Wilders called fitna. This film features violent imagery of terrorist attacks in New York and Madrid set against passages from the Holy Quran that are distorted and taken out of context. Under the guise of freedom of speech irresponsible politicians such as Wilder are stirring hatred against Muslims not only in their own country but throughout the world.
