Mr. Troy H. Pankey was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He has lived in and traveled some of western europe. He currently lives near New York city where he pursues his freelancing opportunities, both in traditional print and on the web. He has owned several small service businesses over the years, one of which was rather successful for a number of years prior to Hurricane Katrina changing the landscape, and thus changing his pursuits to now include being a full-time free-lance writer. He has recently focused some of his energies on citizen journalism and the like. He is college-educated and a veteran of the armed forces. Dad to a beautiful daughter, and now expecting another beautiful daughter.
