Lubchansky attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where she graduated with a B.A. in Integrated Marketing Communications in 2000. Her experience in the fashion and design industries - ranging from public relations and marketing to buying and merchandising - allowed her to gain a wide realm of knowledge of the business. During collefe and before relocating to St. Louis in 2002, Lubchansky worked with companies such as Stuart Weitzman, The Fashion Group International, M-A-G (Magaschoni Apparel Group), America Online, American Express Publishing and IT Management Public Relations.
