I did not give it a thought as a ten year old in Wales watching cowboys and Indians movies. The slaughter of the native was not an issue. The cowboy riding and shooting skills were the awesome feature. Sliding down the side of the horse and leaping aboard on the run.

Jacksonville needs a soccer team again. Not having the most awesome exciting game ever invented is detrimental to life´s experience. I had been brought up on soccer in the UK and was honored to be in Germany when we beat them at Wembley for the 1966 World Cup.

Things are different here for Dads than in the UK. Free Health is a huge buffer zone. Brits also are more admiring of dads being there and an influence rather than just idolizing wealth and the fact that dad is a great 'provider'?

Boortz is a complete idiot and the southern misfit thinks he´s Einstein?
I have not written anything here or elsewhere apart from a blog or two of few words for the simple reason that I am content. I was worried one time on Pensacola Beach right after 9/11 with 100,000 people swooning over the Blue Angels F16´s screaming above and swooping and all the ´ooh´s and aaah´s´ when all I could think of was the dust bowl dwellers with no protection or bomb shelters being strafed and wedding parties annihilated. I am glad that the mindset has come around to normality.

What in the world are you guys thinking of by missing one of the greatest sporting competitions you could wish to enjoy. My wife and I sit and enjoy great sport and value at our local pub in Jacksonville and no one is the least interested. I know that millions of Europeans would die for the big screen quality of the pub and then of course the happy hour prices at $5 a pitcher would make it worth being here instead of in London and Liverpool and Manchester to see the Semi's in a weeks time.
