The only way I know of to lose 10 lbs in 4 days is by using a detox diet. What a detox diet does is help you cleanse your body of a lot of excess weight, toxins, and pollutants which have accumulated within it over the years. These are mostly due to environmental pollution and eating the wrong kind of foods. Regardless of how you got to this dismal point, a detox diet can be a great way to kickstart a long duration weight loss process. Why do I say kickstart? The reason is that it's unhealthy to stay on a detox diet for more than 10 days straight.
Detox diets aren't the easiest diets to stick to as you don't get to eat a whole lot while you're on them (that's part of how the cleansing occurs). However, they can lead to a substantial weight loss, and it is possible to drop 10 lbs in 4 days with the right detox diet.
