Most cruel torturers in China history and secret mind control torture

There are some very famous torturers in China history. By reading their stories, we shall concern about current tortures in the world. Some tortures are even coverted by secret government department.
(1) Zhou, the last king of Shang, is known in history as a cruel and debauched tyrant. He devised many cruel laws and means of torture, oppressing and expoiting the slaves and common people. King Wu of the Zhou Dynasty launched an attack and overthrew the Shang Dynasty. Torturer Zhou lost his country.
(2) In Xi Han Dynasty, King Han Wu Di trusted torturer Zhang Tang to be the Chief Justice. Zhang Tang was one of the most famous torturer in China histroy. Because of too much people fighted against his cruel torture, he was finally killed by King Han Wu Di.
(3) In Tang Dynasty, King Wu Ze Tian(famle) used two torturers in her secret department. Zhou Xing and Lai Junchen used torture to extract confessions from the officials. Torturers Zhou Xing and Lai Junchen was killed by King Wu Ze Tian after so many people standed up to againt them. Totally 27 tortures was killed or suicided after Zhou Xin and Lai Junchen died.
There were so many other examples of torturers in history China. All King torturers would lost their countries or killed. All very famous torturers, even at first was trusted by King and got high position, but finally was killed or suicided.
Currently so many victims are suffered terriblly from the secret remote mind control abuse and torture. Even because of the high technology and covert by government, victims can not get strong evidence.
But we are sure that by all victims hard working to keep searching related information, torturers will be finally exposed to public.
Same with all the torturers in History China, all these mind control torturers will be sentenced according to law.
