Seven Things to Love about Falconhead

1) Austin, TX – Falconhead is about a 30-40 minute drive from downtown Austin. Austin is one of the most intelligent and most dynamic cities in the country. Called the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin is also very well known for its amazing live music.
2) Golf – Falconhead was laid out by PGA Tour design architects and is one of the nicest public courses in the Austin area.
3) Lake Travis ISD Schools – Lake Travis schools are some of the best schools in the state. From academics to music to debate to sports (the high school football team won state in 2007 and 2008), these are excellent schools.
4) Lake Travis – 63 miles long with some of the clearest water of any lake in Texas. Great for boating, fishing and other recreation, Lake Travis access is available at several marinas and parks within 10-15 minutes.
5) Hill Country Galleria Mall – Opened in the fall of 2007, the mall brought major shopping much closer to the Bee Cave and Lakeway area.
6) The Backyard – one of the premier outdoor music venues in Texas, the Backyard is coming back to Bee Cave. It closed its doors last year, but is being rebuilt. The Backyard will be less than 10 minutes from Falconhead.
7) The Central Texas Hill Country – Falconhead is right in the Hill Country, meaning that it is close to a number of wonderful outdoor recreational spots. Hamilton Pool, WestCave Preserve, Reimer´s Ranch and Krause Springs are all within 30 minutes.
