Qualities In A Man That Attract Women

What advice is best for attracting women? How do I know if I can trust that this information is valid? If you want to know how to attract the opposite sex, you might look to evolutionary science for the answer.
For now, we'll put aside what women are saying about what they want in a man. Instead, let's observe the kinds of choices that they actually make. The discrepancy between what they're telling us and what they do is very revealing.
Some tell us that a desirable man is one who will listen to them. But then they choose men who control the conversation. Sometimes they tell us they want a kind gentleman. Then they date someone who has a lot of money or has a large muscular physique.
Why are there differences between what they say they want and who they actually choose? The answer lies in understanding what attraction really is and how it was built into us by evolution.
First, it's important to realize that attraction isn't something that you can write down as kind of wish list. Women as well as men have little control over sexual attraction. It is an instinct built into us by evolution in order to propagate our species.
Men are normally drawn to women who appear fertile. That's why young women with curves of a certain proportion are considered attractive by most men. Curves and youth mean high fertility. Men may say that they're looking for other qualities, but they're still driven by instinctual urges toward fertile women.
When it comes to the chemistry of sexual attraction, women are also driven by their baser instincts. Women are attracted to men who can provide for and ensure the survival of their children. Therefore they are drawn to fit and vigorous men who exhibit behavior that indicate high status. A man of high fitness and status is more suited to provide for her and her children.
Men with high status tend to be the leaders who are confident and take charge. They're the alpha males otherwise known by women as 'real men'. This is the reason why muscles, wealth, or power are more attractive than being nice or being a good listener.
When the human race were hunter/gatherers, being nice and listening to our women wasn't that important. What mattered was having the strength and backbone to bring home the bacon. These were the attributes that made a man a good provider.
Now it's very clear why women aren't drawn to nice guys. Or guys that lack confidence and lack leadership ability. These qualities are not considered sexy for a man to have.
These days, big muscles aren't necessary if you can project fitness and strength. This is done by the clothes you wear, your posture, how you carry yourself and your physical fitness. Strength can be projected in your behavior. A wimp is definitely not appealing.
Lots of people would say that these qualities are shallow. In a certain sense, that is right. But remember that the chemistry of attraction is not a very deep thing. It's very primitive and very basic in nature. But it's a powerful force in all of us that has propagated our species for a very long time.
Although women are attracted to the qualities discussed here, these qualities aren't enough for sustaining a good and healthy relationship. But that is another subject. Remember, before a relationship is possible you'll have to attract her first.
