George W. Bush's Best Moment In Office? Catching A Big Fish

When the German newspaper Bild asked George W. Bush to name his best moment as president, he replied that his best moment in office was the time he caught a 7 1/2 pound largemouth bass.

Catching a fish must have been a very fulfilling experience for Bush; it must have been a very frustrating ordeal to spend millions of dollars in a fruitless search for weapons of mass destruction.

I wonder if there is any photographic evidence that it was a largemouth bass and not a minnow, after all we are talking about the man who mistook Harriet Miers for a qualified candidate to be a Supreme Court justice.

Bush may have been telling a fish tale; but then again it's not like he can point to any sterling accomplishments.

During his more than five years in office, Bush has had very few good moments. His administration has been marked by scandal, ineptitude and colossal blunders.

The best moment for the American public will be when Bush is finally impeached and removed from office so he can spend his retirement fishing for largemouth bass.

Actually, I have an even better idea, Dubya can spend his retirement quail hunting with Dick Cheney.
