Palace on Wheels

The palace on wheels tour itinerary starts from Delhi Safderjung Railway Station (Motibagh) and goes to Jaipur in the next morning. From here the train departs to Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. Next day, the train leaves for Sawai Madhopur and Chittaurgarh.


On the sixth day of your tour, you can also visit Udaipur. This tour also takes you to Agra. The tour comes to an end on the eighth day when the train reaches Delhi.

Royal Rajasthan on Wheels

After the success of the Palace on Wheels, the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation introduced a brand new luxury train- Royal Rajasthan on Wheels.

This train takes you to the undiscovered land of eye-catching architecture, illustrative landscapes, remarkable handicrafts, exciting sports, incredible adventure and lively festivals.

Your seven nights and eight days journey of sheer opulence and comfort starts from 11th January 2009 from Safdarjung Railway Station and gets over on the day 8, Sunday. During this weeklong journey you can avail of a wide range of facilities like:

14 coaches, of which is Super Deluxe and the other 13 is Deluxe Saloons

On Sunday, the day you begin your journey, the train starts from Delhi and reaches Jaipur the next day. From here you travel to Bikaner and then Jaisalmer. The train stops at Jodhpur on the fifth day and Chittorgarh on the sixth. On the seventh day, the train travels to Bharatpur and Agra. The tour comes to an end on the eighth day at Delhi.
