Should Intell e-Hacking Be Considered Truly Legal and Acceptable?

Jade Verde
IN a past writing here, I mentioned about elements of a packed Community Intell Network who go to the extent of hacking people's e-mail addresses in the attempt of Trying Hard to discover Classified Information.

This is the reason why I yield my space today to elaborate further on the aspect of Intell e-Hacking (i.e., e-mail "hacking" by Intelligence Authorities).

With this writing, I extend my warmest regards to my WestMinCom U2 friend, Major Edwin Alaba, who, I'm certain, is far from the madding practice of e-hacking. To you Sir, may your honest and patriotic tribe increase.

LEGAL

Because of the existing laws and guidelines governing Proper Intelligence Collection, a layman might suppose that a private e-mail system is not being "hacked" or "intercepted" by Intell agents and/or agencies.

On the contrary, it's a reversible prerogative. Intell e-Hacked documents of "suspects" are considered "Legal Collection", if based on the Intell groups' traditional Conspiracy Of Silence.

Intell e-Hacking may be considered as "Legal" when it has been discovered as an effective use (by authorities of Unified or Independent Intelligence components) in the course of official duties.

ILLEGAL

Since Intell Classified Data acquired by "hacking" and/or "intercepting" people's e-mail addresses are deemed "acceptable" and "legal", utter neglect of the law on the proper collection of classified data is a hard-core practice.

This would also imply that the Intell activation of Computer Automated Historical Archiving Software, making available records of suspected persons' e-mailed documents, is encouraged, and not prohibited.

In other words, defining "Legal Collection" in the perverted manners of some Intell authorities, appears to license and permit the field spy agents to conduct automated manipulations of people's e-recordings without fear of being arrested for the violation of Ethical Intell Collection.

As a whole, e-hacking turns out to be a Necessary Evil in the field of Intell data gathering.

UNLEGAL

By the time a suspect becomes "a person of interest" as a result of this Intell e-hacking process, there will be a pecuniary reason to believe that "he is an Informer or Intell Agent of certain foreign powers"---hence, the Private Internet Cafe Extra-profiteering Rush.

Why do some Intell authorities take this villainy approach? Why do they make the heroic claims out of the desperate search for classified information? The reason is elementary. It all boils down to Professional Incompetence.

Muy miserable!
