The Superhero Inside Each of Us
Since you know you?re not Spiderman and don?t study Kabbalah you?re probably thinking this isn?t for me. But that?s the beauty of what I want to convey here. There is a superhero inside each of us, just waiting to come out. And that special part of our psyche is much more willing and capable of experiencing life to the fullest than we are in our current state.
That superhero inside of us is dormant at the moment, but is constantly on the alert for any slight sign of encouragement to spring into action. I know for a fact that it?s there, inside each and every one of us. You know it too when everything is going absolutely perfect, or even far beyond your expectations, and you?re on top of the world. You feel it when you are in complete harmony with everyone and everything around you. You sense it at those special moments that make you aware of something much bigger beyond what we are experiencing right here and now.
Spiderman can feel that special feeling whenever he wants. In this world he fumbles everything and seems to be totally out of sync with the universe. But as Spiderman, he is in perfect tune with nature and can therefore use all the forces around him to the fullest. Being an evolved creature allows Spiderman to slip back and forth between these two very different states of being whenever he wants without anyone actually noticing the transition.
The big difference is that in Spiderman?s case these two states are visibly discernable while a person studying Kabbalah goes through everything inside. Nothing can be seen on the outside and that is why it is called, the Hidden Wisdom.
Spiderman is obviously a very advanced being who is guided by a much loftier value system than our escalating desires for money, honor and power. He is the ultimate altruist, since he doesn?t seek any type of gain from his elevated state. His motives are pure with his only goal being is to ensure the safety and welfare of others -- even when that infringes on his own personal needs and desires.
My husband gets up every morning at 2:00AM to go to the Kabbalah morning lesson that is broadcast live on Israel TV and www.kab.tv on the internet. Don?t expect him to be scaling any walls soon, fighting off evil characters or catching the bad guys. Since Kabbalah teaches that the entire world is within us, his plight is in dealing with the complex array of opposing forces inside of him at any given moment. That?s what makes him my hero. No matter what kind of sensations he experiences on any given day, he has to get up every morning as if nothing happened and go through it all over again.
Talk about fumbling in this world ? who do you think changes the light bulbs or unblocks the sinks? I handle all that light stuff around the house and leave the serious and most difficult work for him just like nature intended. He may not change light bulbs but he certainly brings home the light. The light of Kabbalah, that is like no other light in this world, and the only thing that can provide us with a genuine sensation of fulfillment in our world. He brings it home and along with his friends helps bring all that light down to our world -- for all of mankind to benefit from. It doesn?t get much loftier than that. Did I mention that he gets up at 2:00AM every morning?
I have made it my mission in life to help the world become aware of this special group of superheroes. They don?t look, act or dress like superheroes and probably never will, but their hearts and minds are fully focused on bettering mankind -- on elevating us to a new level of existence where we can all awaken the superhero inside of us. This ideal state will create a society where everyone puts the interests of others before their own -- so imagine the possibilities! Imagine the abundance. Imagine how pleased nature will be. But most importantly, imagine it really happening as soon as possible.
