THE OPRAH CASE
If Oprah is embarrassed, she is not the only case because all those millions of dieters feel the same; usually any diet ends by overeating as a form of psychological retaliation leading to increase in the body weight than before starting that diet. So, if a lady´s weight was originally 200 pounds and dropped to 160 pounds following a restrictive diet, she will probably find herself weighting 220 pounds few months after stopping such diet.
Eating large volume meals is a deeply-rooted habit that is not easily changed by any diet except Luqaimat Training Technique "LTT". This is because I advise my obese patients to abandon the following concepts:
1. Caloric counting.
2. Banning certain food items.
3. Expecting to lose predetermined weight each week.
4. Eating large-sized meals.
5. Using burning-fat herbs or drugs.
6. Accusing body metabolism or thyroid gland for being fat.
Instead, I advise and train my obese patients to adopt the following concepts:
1. Shifting to be a Luqaimat eater (bite-sized meals).
2. Rewarding oneself through eating favorite foods in Luqaimat-size eight times per day.
3. Boosting the stomach satiety spot by eating 3 peanuts every 10 minutes during one hour each day.
4. Lowering the level of Ghrelin hormone secretion by eating Luqaimat meals every 2 hours.
5. Accepting the drop of one-dress size every two months as a measure of successful fat loss.

I think it is the only mega trend diet; hence it leads to lifelong weight loss.
In 2005, I had 313 who succeeded completely out of 345 in losing average of 72 pounds in their first year following the abovementioned rules.
