Everyday, there are a lot of restaurants from around the world that disposes their used vegetable oil or other known as Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO). This waste material, however, can be used as a bio-fuel for diesel engines. Why diesel engines? Because diesel oil is very similar to vegetable oil and a diesel engine can be easily converted or upgraded to an engine that can accept bio-fuels as and affordable alternative. I am not a technical or mechanical expert, but just sharing my views.

WVO must be cleaned first before using it in an engine. Filtering leads to plugged filters and settling might take days, weeks or even months.
