Vespel is a substance which comes under the category of polyamides and is manufactured by a company called DuPont. This polyamide polymer is one of widely used plastic materials both in engineering and common purposes. The demand of this polymer has been rising since the last few years for its advantages over other engineering plastics. This plastic material is an excellent insulator and can withstand very high temperatures of heat which can go up to 480o C. Vespel sheets are very useful when it comes to providing superior and consistent operations in various fields. These sheets can be used in various manufacturing units or can be used at construction sites. They are also used in those areas which have the most severe conditions of temperature and pressure.
