Peanuts May Help in Weight Loss Through Stomach Satiety Activation

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Elhashemy
A paper published in the November 19th, 2008 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association in which authors found that pregnant women who'd had bariatric surgery had lower maternal complication rates than obese women who did not did that surgery. An obese woman who has weight-loss surgery may increase her chances of getting pregnant through normalizing her menstrual cycles, but this serious operation make her more liable to bowel obstructions and with higher risk for her baby.

Bariatric surgery alters the stomach anatomy, hence reduces the volume of food that can be eaten and digested. The most common form of it, is gastric bypass, which makes the stomach smaller and permits food to bypass part of the small intestine, all obese agree that losing weight naturally is more preferable if got a way to that, and I think I may help them to got the way.

I am working hard to develop a new policy to fight obesity through establishing a bionic satiating stomach spot that may help obese people so that by year 2010 we may conquered obesity to a great extent

In 2005, I developed my broad spectrum Luqaimat diet plan which proved very effective in obesity management.

In 2008, I developed a breakthrough scientific theory that could delete hunger bangs, and gastric expansion, leading to the loss of most of the extra weight. I got results near that of bariatric surgeries. I announced this theory under the name Elhashemy's Stomach Satiety Spot "ESSS". You may read about it at my webpage at American Chronicle.

I used a combo of Luqaimat meals (7-10) daily, together with ESSS activation through eating 3 peanuts every 10 minutes for three times. I advised my patients during such maneuver to observe my innovated 3-D animation that show peanuts hitting ESSS. This produce psychological effect added to the biological effect of Luqaimat peanuts on ESSS. My patients felt highly satiated, hence loosing weight on a range of 5-7% of their extra weight every month. These results are exactly similar to that of bariatric surgeries (of course without any of its side effects).
