Colon Tube
In enema or hydrotherapy, the person lies on the sided or on the back with knees bent, and then the tube is inserted into the rectum for colon cleanse. The tube is attached to the water filters in colon hydrotherapy and the tube is attached to the full enema bag in enema. It is important to lubricate the tube with safe and natural lubricants like vegetable oil or Vitamin E cream. The tube is slowly inserted in the anus and it must be remembered that the whole tube does not have to be inserted. The tube may go only some few inches deep but the person must ever force the tube to go further.
Forcing the tube can cause serious injuries to the rectum and the colon. Once the tube is in, the solution or the water may be pumped inside the colon without colon cleansing product. It is not important how deep the tube goes but what is important is hat the water or the solution must reach the all he areas in the colon for an effective clean up. The wastes may come out through the tube and when the colon cannot take the water or solution anymore, the tube may be removed so that the person may release the unwanted materials.
The tube is made of rubber and is very soft. The tubes for medical purposes are manufactured separately and with much care. It is unsafe and dangerous to use the tubes not meant for these purposes for treating the body. The tube must be clean and must be disposable. An unclean tube can cause serious infection in the rectum. Tubes come in different sizes and there are many companies manufacturing these tubes so the safest way of choosing the tube is to ask a professional. In fact insertion of the rubber tube is always risky. It may cause perforation of the rectum or the colon walls which may even lead to death.
