The colon therapy chart is important because it educates on how the colon really functions and how sicknesses have its roots in the colon. Many of the diseases from which we suffer from have its roots in the colon. The chart helps us to understand the importance of the colon in the body and the need to keep it healthy. An unhealthy colon can give rise to any problem that comes to the mind and in the most severe case colon cancer, which is now one of the highest life-taking diseases. Many colon therapy charts have been made by different people and they are made with the motive to help the lay men understand the body system.

Whatever we eat makes its way into the colon before it is eliminated and the harmful elements that we eat with the food gets trapped in the colon requiring colon cleansing product. Along with it, the wastes also refuse to leave and give rise to problems. These harmful elements make it impossible for the colon to extract nutrients from the other food also and thus causing fatigue and deficiencies. A healthy colon is essential for healthy life and this is possible only when we eat proper and good food and when we live a good lifestyle. These may be in the form of grains, brown rice, vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc. We also need to drink plenty of water and avoid smoking, drinking and other unhealthy habits. If we eat properly then our body will detoxify itself. Our body is not designed for artificial flavors and ingredients and therefore we must learn to keep it natural.
