Rain Blamed For Los Angeles Area Morning Freeway Accidents

According to automobile accident lawyers in Los Angeles, the California Highway Patrol Officer Francisco Villalobos one of several accidents occurred at approximately 7:39 a.m. when a sport utility vehicle flipped on its side on the freeway south of Chauenga Boulevard. This crash closed several lanes and multiple injuries were reported and one person transported to the hospital.
The northbound lanes on the Pasadena Freeway in the vicinity of South Pasadena were closed after a two vehicle accident which occurred at approximately 5:15 a.m. in the vicinity of the Avenue 60 off ramp. The on and off ramps of Avenue 60 were closed at approximately 6:00 a.m. and reopened at about 8:00 a.m. According to Officer Villalobos there were injuries reported but none were severe.
At approximately 6:30 a.m. there was a multi-vehicle accident that occurred on the Pasadena Freeway closing one lane in the vicinity of Via Marisol, where minor injuries were reported.
There was a closing of part of the 210 Freeway on the east side of Pasadena when a FedEx truck was involved in an accident and spilled oil. This closed some lanes for several hours.
There was also an accident that occurred at approximately 3:16 a.m. in the eastbound lanes in the vicinity of Sierra Madre Boulevard that closed the lanes for approximately three hours and no injuries were reported in this accident.
The westbound lane of the 210 Freeway was closed for approximately ten minutes at about 4:30 a.m. when a tractor-trailer had the trailer detach from the rig. When this occurred it blocked the transition road of the 210 Freeway in the vicinity of the 134 Freeway.
