Scalar waves are used both in healing and weapon systems:
SCENAR http://scott-mumby.com/ were developed by the Russians during their space program when it was not possible to get medical help in space. However far from healing they mask out conditions, and break the cell membrane.
Last Month I went to a meeting set up by
Dr George Carlo from the Science and Public Policy Ins. 1101 Pennsylvania Ave.

A joint meeting was held in Kent (UK) www.es-uk.info. There were about 80 (ES) electrosensitive people in one place. Dr Carlo warned us about the use of healing and protection from electropollution devices:Scalar Waves are being used as part of electromagnetic and homeopathic medicine:
Scalar waves break the cell membrane down:The whole thing collapses, as he explained both inside of the cell and the spaces in-between have to work together.
When the cells are exposed to pollution be that chemical/electrical the spaces between the cells collapse. This stops the cells respiring and the toxins build up faster... What the scalar/biofeedback does is open up the gaps between the cells again. (This may have the same effect as electric shock therapy used in the past in the guise of medicine in the past) It kick starts the system.(I will post his article in full)
Eg the neuron is in the position of not firing or firing: The signal is not just an impulse to movement of the muscle but it causes anelectrochemical response.. Where the system is first over stimulated as the elements get used up....... After time the elements are used up faster than the body can replace, its like, asking a starving child to eat: They can not.... Because there is an imbalance in the elements both inside the cells and out side the cells.....

Springmir says that some mason groups are using tesla to go invisible during cermonaries:This once dangerous technology; as the saying goes, its all in the "eye of the beholder".Is Tesla/Rife technology only the arc by yet another name....I spoke to a RC priest who was by reputation called an exorcist the other day.
He said "remain uninvolved". That what he, will do. He tried to say these doctors are,like an abortionist: I did not chose to go to an aborsonist I just went for a normal
prescription. I tried to walk away.. But they still follow.. I`ve since been moved back,to one of the GP`s practices who use this technology, as the one I was with for the last year; just got rid of me: Why don`t know?
If I said he would not of believed me.. Inspite of the GP calling the police; it was just a frightener... He did not want me to tell he was healing without consent:
Even if one tells other doctors they will not report the problems. As if its nothing to do with them.
The health authorities say if the court was not involved, then whatever restriction was put on me does not count. So they can re-register me with the same practice.
I`ve spoken to doctors who are too afraid, to speak out. Dr Carlo is the only one that said, Scalar waves are not good. (Basically all protection devices used to heal and stop radiation could make us worse,others who have closed rank on me, leaving themselves and other patients in a dangerous place..... The authorities here in the UK are deaf.
Doctors still using this technology don`t understand the mechanism they don`t understand they can harm both practitioner and patient. Its done behind closed doors; and these docs don`t use the treatment within a clinic.. There`s no physical proof.... (Though there may well be means of detection..? Its catching them at it.
Even looking at their computer files.... The authorties just ignore it.. The docs have behavioural problems themselves. They knew I was sensitive, and more sensitive than them it appears.These devices have given them power.. Like any drug an addition.. The system hides them as most don`t know.

Industry finds ways of not protecting us and creating demarned for new technology.. The new muti media "I" Phone" is able to use a much more powerful system transmitting and revising info. Its got round what legislation thereby using repeater circuits, other companies now see the potential of getting round, what protection there might be. A repeater circuit uses other "I" Phones in the area to boost the signal.. Beyond its normal limit even if its switched off..... (Off) or standby.... ??? That`s what Dr Carlo was talking about....
These doctors and others need exorcising spiritually; the average spiritulist or spirit release assoication has not a clue.. Let alone our authorities and watchdogs who think its a belief system: Being able to manipulate a body, mind and spirit.The psychatists think they can talk people out of mental health.....While a large number of doctors think they can cure all.
