WWE's Randy Orton gets suspended by using the C-word.
While it’s already been a couple of days since Randy Orton’s suspension was announced, a lot of details escalating were scarce; however, new details have now surfaced.
The details of the unprofessional conduct were caused by Randy Orton besmirching the WWE Divas and having a rebuffing attitude toward his fellow wrestlers. It’s been reported that Randy Orton has been fined numerous times by the WWE because of these same conducts.
Wrestlers such as Ric Flair, Triple H, the Undertaker, Kurt Angle, and Chris Benoit have been reported to be tiresome of Randy Orton’s childish antics and his belittling attitude toward the Divas. Specifically, Randy Orton has been known to say the “C-word” to the Divas.
According to the PWTorch newsletter one wrestler said, “He’s lucky he didn’t get fired. He has a lot of growing up to do. It was just stupid - disrespectful to the boys and the company.”
Randy himself released this statement on WWE’s homepage. “WWE has certain standards of conduct they expect out of all the Superstars on both RAW and SmackDown. Unfortunately, I violated those standards and was not representing WWE the way I should have been. Basically, my conduct was unbecoming of a champion, which is what I will be again when I return.”
What does this mean to Randy Orton? Obviously his star status will diminish, but it certainly won’t falter; while the WWE realizes what a true talent Randy Orton is, talent doesn’t get a wrestler very far in the WWE, it’s all about how much revenue that wrestler makes for the WWE.
Randy Orton was in one of the main event’s vying for the WWE World Heavyweight championship at this year’s Wrestlemania; however, while it seemed that Randy Orton was going to get a major heel push and possibly a Heavyweight title run, he does something stupid as being an egotistical idiot and possibly being a candidate of the “I was fired by Vince McMahon” campaign.
Personally, I think Randy Orton was the future of wrestling, but then he proves how unprofessional he really is. Randy Orton’s career has already been a lackluster career despite that he was World Champion, but only because Vince McMahon didn’t want Brock Lesner as the youngest World Champion in the history of the WWE. Now, however, maybe Vince is having second thoughts about Randy Orton as well.
The tragic thing about Randy Orton’s career is it seems like once he starts getting a good run, something like a broken elbow or being an idiot that can't seem to stop being a degenerate, gets in the way.
Congratulations, Randy Orton, on being WWE’s C-Word.
