Baltimore Man Sentenced To 20 Years

A man from Chicago who is living in Baltimore, who has been identified as Timothy Lee Claridy, age 37, has been sentenced to some 20 years on drug charges according to the U.S. Attorneys Office.

During his trial there was evidence presented that Clairdy dealt drugs in the vicinity of the 1500 block of Barclay Street. A warrant issued to search his residence produced heroin and a loaded gun, which he was prohibited to have due to a prior felony conviction. During a search of Clairdy´s car officers found over $5,000 dollars in cash in the vehicle according to reports.

The trial was held in front of Judge Richard D. Bennett in a Baltimore court who gave Clairdy an enhanced sentence due to his four prior convictions. The four convictions were for robbery and felony drug convictions, which was the reason for the enhanced sentencing, along with the loaded weapon found in his home, according to the Attorney.

Meanwhile in other Baltimore legal news, Shneara Kerrie Boone was reported missing by her mother to the Baltimore Police Department on September 2nd and three days later Boone´s body was found in her SUV. The SUV was locked but the keys were not found in the vehicle, in the vicinity of the 500 block of East South Street in Frederick.

The last contact that Boone´s family had was a telephone call to a cousin that she would pick her up after finishing work at a McDonalds in Baltimore so the two could go out. This call was at approximately 10:50 p.m. on August 31st and Boone was to leave in approximately ten minutes and her cousin should wait outside for her to arrive.

It is not clear yet the extent of any personal injury since so far the state medical examiner´s office stated no cause for the death has been determined and there is are toxicology tests pending that could take as long as several weeks. By the way if you require a competent Chicago Personal Injury Attorney then may I suggest Budin Law offices as they are a qualified Chicago Personal Injury Attorney and accident firm.
