There is just no shortage of nutrients that you can purchase for your hydroponics garden on the Internet and in stores. It seems that every where you turn, there are scores of large containers of nutrients. But if you are growing organically in a hydroponic garden, how do you make sure that you only purchase the most advanced nutrients for you grow room? Fortunately, there are a lot of ways you can get all of the advanced nutrients you need for your garden totally organically. You simply need to understand what is in those organic formulations.

Here are some of the most popular organic advanced nutrients that can help your garden tremendously.

Kelp - If you are running a hydro-organic garden, kelp based plant food is absolutely essential for the health of your plants. Kelp is one of the hardiest organisms on the planet. Through harsh tides and cold seas, kelp can still grow stupendously fast. This seeming impossibility is achieved through a smart combination of hormones, vitamins, and advanced nutrients. Hydroponics manufacturers can actually extract the powerful compounds that make kelp so strong and turn it into a plant food fertilizer. The effects of regularly feeding your hydroponically grown plants are fantastic if done correctly.

Guano - If you are looking for a bit of an organic boost from your hydroponics, you can't go wrong with bat guano. This substance has been used as a fertilizer for centuries, and has long been noted for its ability to speed plant growth considerably. This is because it is a natural source of both nitrogen and phosphorus. Nitrogen is more commonly found in guano that comes from bats that eat insects, while phosphorus is more commonly found in guano that comes from bats that feast on fruit. You might want to check to see whether or not the guano you use is more rich is phosphorus or nitrogen, depending on what stage of plant development you want to use it on.

Alfalfa Meal - One of the most essential nutrients to the development of your plants, especially during the vegetative stage, is nitrogen. Without sufficient nitrogen, your plant will be limp and grow extremely slowly. This is why it is essential to pay very close attention to how much of this particular nutrient your plants are getting. One of the best sources of this particular nutrient is alfalfa meal. It can be found in a lot of advanced nutrient combination's, along with a few other organic sources of nutrients.

Fish Emulsion - One important, but often neglected element of a good hydroponics garden is amino acids. These are essentially the building blocks of your plants, and they can't grow well without them. Fish emulsion, if administered properly, can give your plants a great boost of amino acids that make them bigger, stronger, and healthier. In addition, the presence of fish products can greatly assist the growth and development of any beneficial fungi that you have in your reservoir, which can help your plants even more.

It is important to remember to always experiment with different organic nutrients, supplements, and other hydroponics products. Only by trying different hydroponics products and seeing how well your plant grows will you be able to truly find the products, nutrients, and supplements that will be best for your garden. Hello. My name is Michael Straumietis. I am the co-founder of Advanced Nutrients, an international marketer and manufacturer of agricultural, home & garden, hydroponics plant nutrients and soil less fertilizers. With an inherent green thumb, I began studying and practicing gardening & hydroponics at a very early age. In university, I explored the fundamental processes of plant life at the molecular level. After years of perfecting my knowledge and skills, I formed Advanced Nutrients to share my expertise in hydroponics, plant nutrition and soil science. In my spare time, I love to work in my garden and yard and I also have a small greenhouse where I experiment with new formulas and techniques. I also publish my knowledge in short original papers with a focus on accelerating growth, increasing yield, and improving soil-plant interaction. If you would like my free newsletter, sign up now. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you here at American Chronicle and making new, lifelong friends. Good luck!
