Here Are Four Tactics to Get Your Ex Back
1.) To start, you will need to slowly bring her back inside your relationship. A wound does not mend instantly. Some time will be needed to mend a damaged relationship.
Rather than trying to fix things up as fast as possible, you'll have to figure on a month for emotions to cool down. During this time, you should be sizing up how much you value the relationship. You'll need to consider things like whether you really do want her back and personal changes that you will make to give your relationship a good shot at success.
2.) After this "chilling out" period, you'll need to open up the channels of communication once again. It's important that you establish a good degree of comfort and ease with her. This means being friends and being able to converse with her in a way that is relaxed.
There can't be any discussions on serious issues that puts her under pressure. This isn't the time yet to be talking about the separation or other difficult topics. There's a time for this type of talk but it will have to be done later on.
If it's too difficult to establish a friendship, then you'll have to allow a longer time for her to cool down. However, one month really ought to be the limit. Too much time apart will allow your partner to get comfortable with a life that doesn't include you. It also increases the chances of another boyfriend to come into her life.
3.) There will come a time when the issue of continuing the relationship will have to be talked over. Bringing this up will be a very nerve-wracking time. However, you can't be squandering excessive time as her friend. If there is no chance of getting her back, you've got to find this out so that you can get on with your life.
Don't be putting too much expectation in her being agreeable with resuming the relationship. A response that is non-committal means that the possibility of continuing your relationship is still on her mind. It will simply require more time for her to decide either way.
4.) One "trick" that you can try is to exploit something that everyone has done at one point or another. What I'm talking about here is the tendency for all of us to play back emotional events several times over in our heads. Whenever someone says or does something that causes a strong emotion, we like to replay that moment over and over in our minds.
This is how we process our feelings about a specific emotional circumstance. Typically this will happen when someone unexpectedly makes a snide comment that seems to come out of the blue. However, this can also be triggered with a totally unanticipated compliment.
In order for this to work, you'll need to provoke a very strong positive emotion. This has to be a nice gesture or compliment that she normally wouldn't expect to get out of you.
If you succeed in this, she will be savoring this over and over in her head when she is by herself. Her good feelings about you will get reinforced with every "play-back". You probably won't be able to induce this state more than a few times, but that is all you'll have to do.
Skillful use of these tactics should take you far in your campaign to get your ex back.
