An Oldie but Goodie, the 911 Commission Report

Without a doubt, the 911 Commission Report is one of the finest investigative and informative transcripts printed by the United States Government in many years. Today few people remember the contents of this bi-partisan statement of facts and recommendations regarding Terrorist attacks before and after September 11, 2001 which includes elected Senators and Representatives.
Very few bills that become law are even read in their entire context by most politicians, this duty often falling upon personal aides who “highlight” strong and weak points” for debate and votes. In 2006, an election year, all politicians and citizens, naturalized and legally admitted aliens should take the time to read the Commission Report which is available on the web .Many recommendations of the Commission are still not a reality and forgotten in the nation’s capitol.
The report is not the usual “dry government publication” but covers the facts, intelligence failures, Immigration, Visas, driver’s licenses issued to Terrorists and Border Security recommendations, page 187. From Inside the Four Flights chapter 1.1 throughout the Report, there is outstanding material presented which is clear and factual.
Arizona, a gateway to the nation’s illegal immigration crisis also provided training grounds for Islamic Terrorist Pilots on 911, with overstay visas. This is still a common and continuing problem nationwide in 2006.
The 911 Commission Report is a worthwhile reading experience, start to finish.
In a politically correct society now, the war on Terrorism and illegal immigration issues are not considered on the same space, time equation.
An overstay Visa holder that disappears into society, regardless of foreign nationality is a national security concern as well as millions of unknown “factors” illegal aliens in the United States, using false identification and social security numbers which is a criminal offense.
A U.S. citizen that provides false identification to authorities, false statements is subject to arrest and can be held until true identity is determined. Illegal alien, no driver’s license, proof of insurance, no address to collect municipal fines is a standard “ kick them loose” policy from traffic citations to felony shoplifting with a notice to appear.
Who are the “willing illegal foreign workers ” encouraged to enter this nation for cheap labor and who are “terrorist factions “with a goal, patience and a mission? Perhaps no one knows for sure, but the 911 Commission Report should be required reading from the President to all on the Beltway in 2006.
