THE ISSUE of a woman allowing herself to be raped could surely be a much debated and misunderstood one. I am not trying to settle any debates here because I know that is a petty thing to do. I only wish to present to you, my reading publics, my personal opinion of what is most likely to happen to ANY WOMAN OF INTELLECT AND LOGIC in the dreaded terror areas of the country.
