What a Government! What a Movement! In J&K

Government Deserves a Pat:
Governments, Prime Minister, Chief Ministers, Home Ministers and governors including the gubernatorial and administrative paraphernalia deserve a congratulatory pat at their back for having aroused a mass awakening among erstwhile, mostly, sleeping Dogras of Jammu.
Duggar Desh: Dogras can be defined differently. Just as every citizen of India is an Indian, every citizen of the Dogra Land or Duggar Pradesh is a Dogra a Dogra Muslim, Dogra Hindu, Dogra Sikh, Dogra Christian, Dogra Kashmiri etc. In the context of ongoing movement under the leadership of Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangharsh Samiti (SAYSS) also, everyone living in Jammu region maybe called a Dogra.
It is so for this movement does not make any distinction on the basis of age, sex, caste, creed, religion and ethnicity. It is a mass movement of all and every community in Jammu region in particular and soon it is going to be a mass uprising at national and global level too.
The Government in India has stirred up a special sense of self respect, courage of conviction and sense of belonging among the people of Jammu. They are now fighting after long years of slumber and slavery for a global and democratic cause. They are fighting for religious freedom of all religions from governmental interference.
Wrong Decision, Positive Result:
This could not have happened without the J&K Government making a wrong decision in a moment of heat and hurry. That decision was of cancelling the land transfer order to BASB almost in a jiffy because apparently the separatist Peoples Democratic Party leader Mehbooba Mufti threatened the then Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad of withdrawing her support to Congress in the Legislative Assembly.
Then, out of fear from Mehbooba, Ghulam Nabi cancelled the erstwhile well thought about land transfer order to the Baba Amarnath Shrine Board (BASB). The Government had earlier issued such an order in favour of BASB after three long years of diverse official and procedural parleys.
This short sighted and self-seeking violation of the ´India Constitution´ and ´policy of liberal democratic secularism´ infused an unprecedented and spontaneous feeling of revolt in Jammu region. As of now, most of the political leaders in Jammu are lying low in view of the ongoing mass movement in Jammu. They are not able to face their own people now.
It is not Mehbooba Mufti but the hurried and wrong decision of J&K Government that must be congratulated for bringing about this mass awakening. Indeed, kudos to Azad´s Government for all this contribution despite its fall from grace in the Legislative Assembly soon afterwards.
What a Government or No Government at All:
Indeed, the situation is such that the moment Government takes the right and well thought about decision again, Jammu will start functioning normally. Government knows it very well. But who can wake a lion that is feigning to sleep!
One never knows whether such a Government is still able to govern? SAYSS is asking only for the right decision of the Government. It affects mainly the sensitivities of the people of Jammu and it benefits Kashmiri Muslims. Yet, the separatists and terrorists in Kashmir are misguiding Muslims in Kashmir and they are blackmailing the Government. As such, Government is helpless. What a pity! Shame on such a Government for it does not know how to govern.
Who is Violent?:
When masses bring out peaceful rallies for a national and public cause, police and army beat them, lathi charge them, teargas them and go for barrage of firing bullets upon them. The situation goes out of control as a consequence. Oceanic flow of peaceful masses still make waves upon waves of peaceful rallies and protests through coming to streets not just in thousands but in several lakhs ever expanding swirling emission of massive energy for a selfless public cause (One Lakh means 100,000)!
Governmental Machinery Fails:
Curfew is then clamped. Several precious human lives face death bravely in front of bullets. Others also become martyrs by voluntarily opting for death for the cause of their self respect and their own God Bam Bam Bhole! Curfew is there in Jammu for the last fifty days but for a few exceptions only. Despite curfew, masses still come to streets and go for courting arrest in lakhs and lakhs of numbers including small children, young boys and girls, and men and women young, middle aged and old all and nearly everyone. So many people are coming to streets for protests that all arrangements of administration and Government fail completely and they all become mere helpless spectators. Curfew fails, Police fails, CRPF fails, and Army fails too. No one is able to stop this sea of storming people on the Jammu streets daily for the last fifty-one days now.
Why not Solve it?:
Where is the Government? There is no purposeful response from the Government so as to solve the issue. Dilly dallying and delaying tactics are being adopted by the administration and government. There is no one who can make the right decision for the people of Jammu. Why Jammu is also being allowed to burn when Kashmir was already burning for so many years? Why Jammu is also being converted into yet another Kashmir?
Well, it is for the government to resolve this matter of BASB land or not to resolve it at all. If it wants it, it can be done really in a jiffy!
Instead, Government is busy in brutalities and blocking and stopping SMS and Internet services and sealing various media offices etc. Is this the way to govern?
