Prince Sued For Painting Mansion Purple

Robert Paul Reyes
If you rent a mansion to the King of Pop expect to find empty bottles of "Jesus Juice" and a Playboy or Hustler left behind under a bed.

And if you rent a mansion to Prince don't be surprised if he decorates the place in purple trim.

But Prince went into a purple frenzy making a mansion he leased look like a bordello decorated by a blind pimp.

Prince rented a mansion from NBA basketball star Carlos Boozer, and he painted purple stripes on Boozer's house and installed purple monogrammed carpets in the master bedroom and black ones in a downstairs guest bedroom.

That's bad enough, but Prince also rerouted plumping to a downstairs bedroom for beauty salon chairs and painted his Prince symbol all over the exterior of the house.

You expect a superstar to be a little bit eccentric, but beauty salon chairs in your bedroom?

Boozer has filed a lawsuit against Prince, no doubt he will have to make expensive repairs once Prince's lease expires on May 31. Now we know what it sounds like when NBA players cry.

Prince's lawyers denied that their client damaged the decor, but of course someone who wears pants with a see-through bottom to a TV appearance won't see anything tacky about painting a mansion in purple hues.

Prince has enough loot to buy a whole row of mansions, why is he leasing a house anyway? Let him buy his own mansion, and then he can turn the toilet bowls into purple aquariums and transform the den into an orgy room.
