George Clooney Steaming Mad At Arianna Huffington

Robert Paul Reyes
George Clooney is a movie star, sex symbol, producer, screenwriter and director, but the noted liberal needs to learn a thing or two about blogging.

Blogging simply means to publish your opinions on the Internet, it doesn't mean giving someone else permission to use your statements in a blog with your byline.

I've published hundreds of articles online, if I gave a Webmaster permission to quote from my essays to create a blog, they could use my words to advocate both sides of almost every issue.

George Clooney gave Arianna Huffington permission to use his statements in a blog, compiled from answers the actor gave to "Larry King Live" and the UK newspaper The Guardian.

To say the least, Clooney was not very happy with the blog, he angrily insisted that "Miss Huffington's blog is purposefully misleading and I have asked her to clarify the facts. I stand by my statements but I did not write this blog." This quote is from the Los Angeles Times.

The blog entry was entitled "I Am a Liberal. There I Said It!", but apparently Clooney didn't say it, or at least not all of it.

We know that Clooney is a very busy man, but perhaps next time he can make time to write his own blog. He is a very intelligent man and most of us are interested in what he has to say.

Or maybe Clooney can simply give Arianna Huffington permission to quote him, and let her write her own bog with her byline.

My advice to Clooney is keep your day job, all ten of them, but leave blogging to the real bloggers.
