Kidnap Victims Compelled To Take Money From ATM

Aaron Wilmot
There have been several women who either entering their vehicles or leaving them have been forcibly told to return to their vehicle and then to drive to an ATM machine where they are told to take out money.

This has gone on for approximately ten weeks and have occurred in an apartment complex that is located on the 8500 and 8100 blocks of East Fairmount and the 9100 block of E. Mississippi.

The investigation that is on going by the Denver police department and the information that they have released is they are searching for three men and have descriptions of the men in question. They also stated the three men have been known to use a gun to hold hostage the women over the past ten weeks.

Women in the vicinity are frightened and the police have warned women in the area to be cautious until the three men are apprehended.

There are many charges that can ensue, including kidnapping, theft with a weapon and others that will all carry jail sentences. This type of crime is an offense that when apprehended the men will require Denver defense lawyers as counsel to prepare their cases and represent them in court. All in all, denver has had more than it's fair share of this type of crime lately. For instance, an individual who is now in behind bars with a quarter million dollar bail has been named as Darrell Tyrone Guice. He has been charged with robbing a home in the Denver area where he confronted the homeowner and forced her back into the house. Then he began to go through her personal property, after which time he left the residence in the homeowners´ car. The charges that have been filed against Guice include kidnapping, first-degree burglary and grand theft auto, among others. Additional details can be found at the Blog located at Nupex.org Mr. Guice also happens to be a suspect in another home invasion which occurred around the end of May. There was a similar tactic used in this home invasion where the homeowner was a 57 year old woman. The thief left the home with some of the owner´s personal property. nonetheless, he has yet to be charged for this home invasion as yet. The defense lawyers in Denver should be fairly busy.
