DVD Review: Exploring The Ark Of The Covenant
Wyatt, who passed away in the 90's, traveled the globe to pursue his passions: archaeology and Jesus Christ. Among his research, he studied the location of Noah's Ark, Sodom and Gomorrah, the paramids and many more historically and Biblically relevant structures.
His greatest discovery was the Ark of the Covenant.
I know, your eyes have bulged and you are thinking,'I've never heard of anyone discovering the Ark of the Covenant!"
Ron Wyatt, who was known by his associates and peers as a sincere man of God, claimed that he had found the Ark of the Covenant- directly below the site of the Crucifixion!
Is this relevant? Very much so, for as the DVD explains,' the blood of Messiah flowed down through that crack (in the ground) and on to the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant. The Bible states that without the shedding of blood there is no remission. Ron claimed that just as the blood of sacrificial animals, the blood of Jesus, the lamb that was slain, literally fulfilled the covenant requirement for atonement.'
In fact, there is compelling footage from the 80s' on the DVD of Ron Wyatt showing what appear to be trails of blood.
Ronald Rives, President of Wyatt Archaeological Research, has picked up the pursuit and in 2002, began to quietly excavate the site. Rives is also a very sincere person of high integrity and that shows through in his narrative.
Anyone who enjoys a good documentary on the Discovery Channel or PBS will love "Exploring The Ark of The Covenant". This DVD takes you through the struggles of the dig and the candid discussions with the Israel Antiquities Authority.
I highly recommend this DVD!
