I've lived in Morristown New Jersey for close to 15 years and have seen an enormous amount of change in the past year. All good! 40 Park in downtown Morristown is a complex that will feature 60 luxury condominium homes and 13 penthouse homes. These units are all smack in the middle of Morristown's downtown center surrounded by great restaurants, shopping and theaters. This is a summary:
