Masking Your Biological-Hunger Clock ... Elhashemy's Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan - Factor 13

In the previous article we discussed factor number 12 among Elhashemy's Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan where I explained how to partially block the biological-hunger clock so that obese people can reach satiety by eating half of their standard main meal. In the current article I will introduce an advanced technique to mask the biological-hunger clock so that obese people can skip the daily main meal once or twice weekly leading to more weight loss. In the meantime they will gain more confidence in controlling their hunger bangs, and in completing their diet plan successfully.

We know that there are many links between the biological clock and the various physiologic and metabolic body aspects including: hormonal secretion, depth of sleep, body temperature, blood pressure, brain alertness and coordination. Scientists also believe in the existence of a link connecting the biological clock to gut movements and hunger sensations.

Our biological clock controls the regular patterns of the various body activities including the timing of the hunger bangs. Such bangs reach their peak at the timing in which we are accustomed to eat our main meal. So, if we mask that timing by eating several Luqaimat meals during it, we can easily bypass the biological-hunger clock.

My strategy for Masking Biological-Hunger Clock of obese people consists of three steps:

First, they have to identify their biological-hunger clock time at which biological hunger reaches its daily peak, at this time the person feels the compelling need to fill his/her stomach. I consider this daily peak as the imminent time of biological-hunger clock which is usually at the end of the working day.

Second, they have to block the three hour interval during which the peak of biological-hunger clock exists. I believe that obese people can succeed in partially blocking such peak of the biological clock by eating NUTPISTELLA four times within three hours. Eating these LUQAIMAT NUTPISTELLA will assist them to reach satiety sensation even if they eat only half of their main meal's standard portions. LUQAIMAT NUTPISTELLA also trains the obese people, in the mean time, to be satisfied when eating small volumes of food. Worth mentioning that the Luqaimat diet also includes 5 - 7 units of fruits and dairy products in the rest of the day, in order to get the daily requirements of vitamins, and minerals.


Third, after training for few weeks on the partial blocking of their biological-hunger clock, they will have better chances to completely skip their main meal twice weekly. This could be done by MASKING the peak of the biological-hunger clock through eating 7 Luqaimat within this period of time (usually extending over 3 hours). This means that, during this period of the day, they have to eat a Luqaimat meal about every half an hour. This approach will lead to skipping the main big meal, easily; helping them to lose an extra pound every week in addition to the weight loss resulting from my standard Luqaimat diet. Of course they are allowed to eat the other Luqaimat mentioned in the second step.
