BLOCK Your Biological CLOCK ... Elhashemy's Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan - Factor 12

In the present article I will discuss factor number 12 among Elhashemy's Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan, which is blocking the biological clock of hunger. My scientific diet plan is of great help to all obese people including those extremely obese (BMI 40 and above).

Most of us know that there are many links between the biological clock and the various physiologic and metabolic body aspects including: hormonal secretion, depth of sleep, body temperature, blood pressure, bowel movements, brain alertness and coordination. Scientists also believe in the existence of a link connecting the biological clock to hunger sensations.

I think that we have two degrees of hungers, mild degree related to cravings, and major degree related to physiological needs for food and energy. The first form of hunger we can manage through eating our preferred foods, but in Luqaimat size and at intervals of around two hours. The second form is controlled by the biological clock and so is usually fixed in time. We can manage this form through blocking this period of the biological clock as I will explain below.

In 2005, 46 of my obese patients lost over 100-pounds in one year by adopting Elhashemy's Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan. Another 222 and 215 extremely obese patients in 2006 and 2007 respectively achieved similar results by adopting the same diet plan. Currently, I am counseling 550 biggest losers and I hope that all of them will accomplish the same results.

How I succeeded in helping extremely obese people to lose over 100-pounds in a year?

The first step is to identify the time at which biological hunger reaches its daily peak, at this time the person feels the compelling need to fill his/her stomach. I consider this daily peak as the imminent time of biological feeding clock. I discovered that many of my obese patients like to eat one huge meal at the end of the working day, because they developed the habit of not eating during the working hours. I think that most people regard the main meal as a rewarding prize for their hard work allover the day; so they usually ask for seconds to make their reward bigger.

The second step is to block the three hour interval during which the biological feeding clock falls. My patients in 2005 through 2007 succeeded in blocking such peak of the biological clock by eating half handful of peanuts, almonds, or pistachios plus a small bar of chocolates twice before the main meal at half hours intervals. I found that such combo satiates most obese patients, and so I named this nuts-chocolate combo as the magic pill for weight loss.


In 2008, I modified my appetite blocking strategy by advising my obese patients to use Nutella plus grinded pistachios in small-sized meals and I gave it the genuine name: LUQAIMAT NUTPISTELLA. I advised them to eat half table spoonful of NUTPISTELLA twice before the main meal and twice after it with half an hour intervals between each, and up till now I have got encouraging results (an average weight loss of 33 pounds from January to March 2008).

This strategy of blocking gastric hunger hormone (Ghrelin) and in the mean time pleasing the brain's emotional center (the limbic system) made my patients fully satiated at the time of the imminent biological clock of food so that they eat half of their daily standard huge meal and reached satisfaction by eating the delicious NUTPISTELLA four times within three hours. Eating these LUQAIMAT NUTPISTELLA also trains them, in the mean time, to be satisfied by eating small volumes of food. Worth to mention that the Luqaimat diet includes 5 - 7 units of fruits and dairy products in the rest of the day, in order to get the daily requirements of vitamins, calcium, and other minerals. Adding the blockage of biological clock to the modulation of gut floral ratio and to the conception of Luqaimat cues in the subconscious mind leads to achieving amazing weight loss results.
