This article is a public service to all people of the United States who are of voting age. Also all who are employed by any employer who requires that the laborer fill out a W-2 or 4 or other Tax Form as a condition of employment. This is relevant to any laborer in any organization which issues regular paychecks, whether the organization is for profit or nonprofit, religous or secular.
THIS IS VITAL INFORMATION FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES WHO WISH TO SEPARATE THEMSELVES FROM ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANY DEATHS RELATED TO THE MISUSE & ABUSE OF YOUR HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS.

As we know, the Constitution of the United States of America is the SUPREME LAW OF THE PROMISED LAND. There is no other which carries more weight. All matters of controversy eventually come to be adjudicated based upon this Supreme document.
The principles which hang in the balance during this most crucial time in the evolution of our collective nation is the principle of separation of church & state. Along with this principle is the principle of the free exercise of conscience in any matter, & the freedom to speak about these issues of conscience; speak, write, produce published documents & other multimedia.
With this in mind, I provide a refresher course for those FED UP with the current status quo. It is a well known fact that the best method for alleviating depression, a clinical condition which usually points to a condition of anger turned inward, is to become aware of the root cause of the perverted & negative emotion, to root it out, & to take POSITIVE ACTION to alleviate the underlying distress. That is what seasoned therapists in the fields of psychiatry & psychology with associated disciplines have come to learn.
So it is in the spirit of a massive public mental health campaign that this article is drafted. It is also drafted SPECIFICALLY for my own children's ongoing education & edification concerning the governing principles of both the United States that they serve in, & the Church they were born into. You dear reader may do the same in educating your own family members.
The Constitution clearly spells out that this land & the form of governance WE, the PEOPLE have chosen, is to live with the RULE OF LAW, rather than the oppressive rule of a despot, tyrant, king, queen, emperor or other dynastic type of leader inheriting the authority through blood lines.
The American Dream is about ANYONE having the HOPE of becoming a leader or participant in some meaningful fashion in the governance of a fair & free democracy or republic.

I heartily support a total tax revolt based upon the true & correct reading of the IRS code which states all taxation is VOLUNTARY. I think each thinking person ought to declare their own home & domicile a war-free nonprofit family run enterprise, & simply stop paying & FILING taxes at all. Because of the massive genocide being perpetrated in the name of the American people.
Failure to do so means you are COMPLYING with the ongoing abuse of your tax dollars by the current rogue regime housed in the White House at this time. This too, has an accountability associated with it. There is NO MIDDLE ground here at this point in time. Take your stand FOR LIFE & THE AMERICAN WAY: the fullness of the American way.
While the author of the above article focuses your attention to the section of the Tax code Section 861, I would also take you through several steps you may take to declare your FAMILY organization a tax-exempt Organization EXEMPT from even FILING any tax form at all. Please feel free to download this article, make a simple mission statement for the family, & carry both the cited Tax Code laws with you in your wallet or other personal organizer to show ANY law enforcement officer or other officer of the Federal Government should such documentation be required. I would also post it on any blog, website or other interactive media you use to maintain contact with family, friends & coworkers.
Alternatively, you are also invited to simply draft a statement which is signed, dated & witnessed by one other witness which states you are an Affiliate of INEDA or the International Nursing Exchange & Development Agency. This Agency has been duly founded & authorized as a lawful 501(c)3 Tax EXEMPT organization since 1994, & has a Mission Statement clearly posted at the index page for you to use. You are covered by this Mission Statement.

If you are now convinced that this is the way you can continue to sleep at night, yet still want to maintain a lawful & peaceable co-existence with your current employer, you need take the simple step of requesting a new Tax Form, a W-4 to fill out, & simply claim EXEMPT in block letters at the bottom of the form where it is an option. You must write this out in BLOCK letters & sign your name to alter your tax status at work.
This is nobody elses' business but you & your own conscience. The employer is simply an UNPAID tax collector & has no legal authority to tell you HOW to fill out this form.
To change your status to EXEMPT you are NOT giving up the Social Security tax being collected for your SOCIAL SECURITY. This will, in all cases, EXEMPT or not, be collected & deposited into your personal Social Security account. It is the only money your employer will deduct when figuring your net pay in each subsequent week.
