Not So Secret Weather Manipulation
Sounds fantastic. But maybe that´s the endgame of the power elite. To get people used to these activities until the day it no longer is a test. If this is true, then I´ll just lay back and enjoy life since there isn´t much I can do about it anyway.
The evidence shown in countless photographs of contrails show grid patterns but what does that prove if you cannot actually take an actual sample of these supposed chemtrails? Hardly a man of science, I still know that evidence is crucial before making a specific claim about something. I´ve seen contrails all my life forming grids and most of them look suspiciously like, well, jet contrails. I couldn´t be less surprised that these trails actually cross each other every day considering the amount of congested air traffic between ten and thirty-five thousand feet running in all directions across our planet.
Nevertheless, in the light of current events in the last seven years, I have this urge to put on my tin foil hat and try to empathize with the "evidence" found on certain web sites like Chemtrails911.com where you are shown photographs of contrails, of one sort or other, altered by wind conditions.
I am not denying these are not chemtrails, that planes are not spraying barium salt, polymer fibers, aluminum oxide and other chemicals into the atmosphere. Solely the presentation of photographs and other anecdotal evidence is not enough.
As in someone reporting:"Hello, We SAW all kinds of chemtrails all over in the skies where we live TODAY AT 12 NOON IN MORTON MISSISSIPPI, but it was so strange this morning at 4.30 am when I took the dog out because she needed to go potty and I stood outside waiting on her that I felt that there was a canopy all over our area and I was feeling the particles hitting my face I thought it was fog but it was not because it felt weird." The E. Family, Morton MS" -January 18, 2008 7:31 PM
Sounds sincere and convincing enough for me, but not enough to hold our government accountable for illegal weather manipulation if that is the case. I want to know what he or she did about it that day. Did they dial 800-232-4636 for the Center for Disease Control? Benzene, metals, and any other unidentified chemicals fall under the CDC´s Chemical Emergency category.
Did the particles dissolve or remain on the skin? If they remained, was it collected and sealed in some type of container for further analysis? Probably not, but this is what the people who are looking for chemtrail evidence should be prepared to do if they can.
In a letter found on the Will Thomas site (http://www.willthomasonline.net/willthomasonline/MD_Slams_Chemtrails.html) there is a letter by Dr. J. Michael Pece whose own hair analysis indicated high Barium levels after the appearance of chemtrails. What are "high" levels?
After scrolling further down the Chemtrails911.com webpage, finally, there is something a little closer to "evidence" offered that is much more convincing. After looking at the video I started to think that maybe there is much to be found about chemtrails on the other side of the Atlantic.
Video of German news broadcast:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IaPqCMIuEk4&eurl=http://www.chemtrails911.com/
This is an English subtitled video of a German evening news program called Guten Abendwhere it shows cloud patterns superimposed on a weather map of The Netherlands and Germany. What was not explained; the clouds were yellowish, something I´d never noticed before on weather forecasts here in Europe. Was this the actual color of the 350 kilometer cloud mass over Holland or something that happens when meteorological radar patterns are transposed/superimposed over maps for the daily weather report? I called up the RTL news station in The Netherlands, and they said they had no idea of why the clouds showed up yellow on the German network and suggested it could be a color channel imcompatibility.
Nonetheless, at this point, I became intrigued with the video of the newscast. Shots of fighter jets in the sky. The German army admits it has war exercises over the border with The Netherlands. Karsten Brandt, a meteorologist for Guten Abend news, provides this explanation:"We can state with 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails comprised by fine dust containing polymers and metals used to disrupt radar signals. This is their main purpose, but I was surprised that this artificial cloud was so widespread. The radar images are stunning considering they needed tons of dispersed elements. Although the Federal army only claims that small amounts of material were propagated. The military heads claim that the substances used were not harmful."
Substances not harmful? Naturally this is the kind of response I would expected from any government. They are not going to say, sure, this is really bad stuff that will mess with your autoimmune system and cause a myriad of cancers. They are not going go out of their way to prove it´s harmless to human beings.
Maybe this is why the German government refuses to give further explanations to its population. Now doesn´t that sound familiar. In Germany and in the US (U.S. Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1520a ), weather manipulation is supposed to be illegal, even if it is disguised as a military exercise. On the other hand, the traces of benzene found in vapors that ordinary civilian jet aircraft disperse all over the world can also be considered chemical trails. Somewhere there is written what is an acceptable level of how much bad stuff can be spewed into the earth´s atmosphere. Somewhere, someone has claimed planes in the U.S. are spraying cocktails of barium salt, polymer fibers, and aluminum oxide. The problem for this claim is always the same. Exactly where is this "official" information coming from? Give me a very specific source of your information.
Yet, we know from experience, anything is possible from governments that love to intrude into every orifice of our lives. So I´m back to my bad instincts about governments, to the point where I cannot prove some things one way or the other without being privy to some inner circle. Where there´s no real evidence to present to authorities and no one to contact who will give me a straight answer, either because the answer is classified or the Flappers, the mouthpieces for our government, have no idea themselves and ignorantly disseminate standard boilerplate explanations the public is supposed to buy.
Yet "chemtrails" is a term that is used by our government in House Bills. As in H. R. 2977, under the Space Preservation Act of 2001, (http://www.fas.org/sgp/congress/2001/hr2977.html) mentions, under Definitions, (1)B(ii) this very term along with others, like high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems, plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons; laser weapons systems; strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
The entire list of exotic weapons was omitted from later versions of the bill yet it´s pretty clear the "chemtrails" term did exist.
For others, the chemtrail issue is another blown up conspiracy theory.
Odd grids and parallel-line patterns are easily explained as contrails blown around by the wind. This is from a scientist, Patrick Minnis, of NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. But if you believe chemtrails are out there, your first thought might be: is Minnis one of the many scientists in on the conspiracy, or, at best, not part of the inner circle? What would his answer be to "black beams"? Bad photography? Adobe Photoshop?
What to believe.
"That is not to say that there could not be an occasional, purposeful experimental release of, say, high altitude barium for standard wind tracking experiments." Another physicist, M. Kim Johnson, in a letter put out by the New Mexico Attorney General, who makes this statement mainly to address the photographs of contrails as credible evidence, which they are not, and goes on extensively on their causes. There is no argument form me on causes but he is still side-stepping, even after he has admitted the government does release barium into the atmosphere.
Like the German government, he downplays it because barium is only used in small amounts. What does "small" amounts mean? Do you measure it in ounces or tons? He may be a physicist but how well is he informed on biochemical technologies? About the vast amount of research already done by private companies contracted by governments for military defense? It has to be tested somewhere.
There are dozens, maybe hundreds of web sites on chemtrails. But imagines are not enough pin the government down with. We need to have a lot more than that. Like who´s behind it. To be an impartial witness to anything you must only report on what can be backed up by solid evidence.
So based on this, there isn´t enough evidence for me to believe completely in all the chemtrail theories nor the government´s version and the scientists who try to debunk those theories. Information from the German news station provides the best "evidence" so far but I could not get a copy of that analysis from Guten Abend.
