Some Truth about Hillary Clinton´s Solutions

As we hear so often the claim by Sen. Clinton of experience over Democratic front runner Sen. Obama it was understood that she was talking about husband Bill´s two term presidency. We are somehow to credit her with what few success stories this brought but not the negatives on the Democratic Party or the country as a whole. As is well known in politics voters for the most part have short term memories and the participation level was low.
You can only imagine the surprise that the once mighty Clinton Machine received when this unknown Freshman Senator from the land of Lincoln rolled through Iowa. An immediate change of tactics was employed as the Clinton campaign moved into New Hampshire. The new and more down to earth Hillary was created. The infamous Clinton Playbook would not be abandoned as former President Bill Clinton´s once relied on popularity was put into the mix. This had failed miserably by the time they left South Carolina as Bill alienated the African American voters with his comments and attack dog tactics.
Sen. Clinton had gone from being known as tough and independent to meek and hiding behind her husband. It didn´t take long for the Clinton Machine to change tactics again and reinvent Hillary. She was the one with experience and leadership qualities that America needed to create real change. After Super Tuesday it became obvious that Sen. Obama was a force to reckon with as the plan to be the Democratic nominee did not come to pass as scheduled. The Clinton Campaign had to again alter tactics. Now it became time to "Take America Back". By the time Obama had rolled up his impressive 10 straight victories we had again another Clinton Campaign slogan. Now she touts herself as the one with the Solutions to fix America´s problems heading into Ohio and Texas.
Ohio has lost job after job due to NAFTA as jobs moved south and overseas. Our once power full Unions were blamed as Corporate America claimed that they couldn´t make a profit in America any more. The manufacturing jobs that the middle class once depended on were gone. And now Hillary comes back claiming that NAFTA was a bad judgment call. Never mind that it was her husband and the Republican lead congress that implemented this trade agreement.
The American taxpayer spends billions daily on the war on terror as the former Clinton Administration had made the bad judgment of depleting our armed forces and intelligence networks here and abroad giving Al-Qeada the opening needed. We balanced our budget at the expense of national security and lack of taking care of our infrastructure. Sen. Clinton herself used bad judgment when agreeing with the Bush Administrations invasion of Iraq. Now she calls for immediate withdrawal at our own peril. She refuses to hold diplomatic talks with those in the region that would allow us to leave without the worry of the entire Mideast erupting into what could be the beginning of world war. This no negotiation tactic would be very bad judgment.
On Healthcare she has failed for 15 years to produce a bill that is workable and insists that we Americans must concede even more rights by being forced to purchase insurance on threat of heavy fines and possible jail time. Most Americans would agree that we have lost too many rights including our right to happiness and the dreams that our grandparents and parents sacrificed and fought for.
Now she attacks the one candidate that is bringing people back to the polls and getting them involved in what happens to their families and country. Basically she tells us not to listen to Sen. Obama as he only makes you feel better and you are not to believe in or have hope that your futures can be better. Only she has the solutions and ideas and to just sit back and let her and those that have run this country down take care of things. She fails to remember that our right to vote and free speech are the main ideas behind what this country is supposed to represent. If you don´t like the direction you are heading in then vote the bums out and change it. We need laws that protect us from those that may attempt to harm us. We don´t need laws that regulate every aspect of our personal lives.
One thing that all the candidates must remember, "The world is watching". Our leaders claim that democracy and freedom go hand in hand. Freedom means that you are allowed to hope and dream of better futures. Yet Sen. Clinton is telling us to ignore this as Sen. McCain is now doing also. They are telling the world that Democracy has nothing to do with freedom of choice or pursuit of happiness and not even to dream.
Hillary Clinton´s Solutions are for her and the lobbyist and special interests she represents as nothing not even your dreams belong to you. And in her judgment America needs to stand pat and continue on the path of decline for its people and the future. Sen. Clinton offers no solutions just the same old nightmares we have endured for much too long. I prefer to take the path of hope and working together to make the changes we have only dreamt of in the past. After all if your car gets a flat causing it to run badly don´t you change it?
