Kanye West Rebuked By His Father.

Controversial rapper, Kanye West, has posed as Jesus Christ for the cover of "Rolling Stone", chastised George W. Bush for "not caring about black people" and thrown a hissy fit when he didn't win an "American Music Award" for best new artist.

Kanye who has an enormous ego and miniscule talent, has been brought down a peg or two, not by outraged Christians or relatives of the president, but by his own father.

Kanye West's dad, who is a sociology professor, pleaded with his son to stop degrading African Americans in his lyrics.

Ray West, publicly urged his son, not to use the offensive words "nigger" or "nigga" in his rap tunes.

Unfortunately, Kanye's papa also needs to take a few lessons in civility. According to "Rolling Stone", Ray West counseled his son: "It's alright to say 'bit**' and 'motherfu*****" on the corner, but when you start operating on a different level you can't talk like that."

Excuse me professor, but it's never alright to degrade a woman, the odious word "bit**" should never be uttered by a gentleman. And using the expletive "mother******" in a street corner is a good way to end up with lead in your behind.

Kanye West may gain "street cred" by using the "N-word", but he comes across like an uneducated idiot to most Americans.

Have you ever heard two white teenagers greet each other in this manner?: "Hey Cracker how's it going?" Whazzup Honkie, I'm doing OK."

Ridiculous right? That's exactly how ludicrous it is for rappers to set a bad example for black kids, by singing about "nigga this" and "nigga that."

I hope that Kanye will listen to the advice of his slightly confused, but well meaning father.
