Obama Steamroller takes on the Potomac

With victories in Nebraska, Louisiana, Washington, Maine and The Virgin Islands Sen. Obama continues to move forward while gaining strength. There seems to be a hurricane on the horizon. Next up is Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. His campaign is well oiled with finances and a stable staff. Polls show that he can beat the probable Republican candidate Sen. John McCain. While his Democratic opponent for the nomination Sen. Clinton is questionable.

The Clinton Machine seems to be stumbling as the once assumed right of assumption is waning. The continuous change of tactics and campaign finance questions, Word of the questions we have about ethics and the ability to tell the truth along with a sudden and unexpected change of campaign management. Unlike once assumed the Clinton Machine finds it self adjusting as they continue to reinforce the Obama campaigns claim of being ready on day one. This shows a distinct possibility that Sen. Obama will hold true while the Clintons are trying to find common ground. After all is this not what Barack Obama is teaching us? (Judgement).

Could it be true that the sudden influx of campaign contributions for Sen. Clinton in reality is coming from Right Wing Conservatives hoping to slow the Obama momentum? Unlike the Clintons who claim to have worked for the poor and middle class for 35 years. Sen. Obama doesn´t have the million a year pay check that the Clintons and McCain do. (Clinton 34.9 million, McCain 49.5 million)

There comes a time when we need leadership that is loyal to the people. This may be the time when the people take the reigns of power back from the few. We need to stop this continual decline of the once proud society we once had. Until we regain our pride we will never be able to fix the rest of the mess we have allowed our politicians to create.

Here are the facts in America today. The Clintons raised taxes on all people including the middle class. President Reagan cut taxes the first year then increased them there after. President Bush 41 knew that invading Iraq would become the money pit we see today. President Bush 43 hasn´t got a clue about the fate of most Americans that his policies create. Hillary Clinton only spent under a year working for children the rest was with a powerful law firm while sitting on corporate boards. John McCain is and was a rebel within the military and as a Senator. I could list many others but time and space will not allow this.

Sen. Clinton tells you that you all will receive Universal Healthcare. McCain ignores the issue. Sen Obama puts a proposal forward that is up to debate and adjustments that in truth have a better chance of being law. McCain claims the possibility of a 100 year war in Iraq. Sen. Clinton claims 60 days and out. Obama is at 16 months with negotiation and a realistic idea of finding common ground. A leader coming from the bottom as compared to those that started at the top and Obama wins. Sen. Clinton started as a Goldwater Republican then went left, right and left and now a right wing Democrat. Sen. McCain was borne into a military family yet was known as the rebel. But now he is claiming to be something he is not. Sen. Obama has not wavered he has not tried to be something he´s not.

Your chance is here as it does not matter what race, gender, sexual orientation, right, left or beliefs are. Your chance is right in front of you. Do you want true change or just the usual political dogma? Let´s allow the Obama Steamroller to continue and just see where it leads. Why not? We had two terms of the Clintons then two of the Bushes have we not tired of the same old lies and promises? May be we need change.
